However, he continues to update his guide with his latest finds and thoughts on weight loss, though the main principles of the guide remain unchanged. When I spoke briefly with Rob, he told me about his battle with obesity which lasted for many years and despite his efforts, he just couldn’t find a diet plan that helped him. But so determined was he to find a solution, he began work looking for his own answers! Fat Burning Furnace is the work of 15 years of testing and testing by both Rob and his wife. When I read Fat Burning Furnace, I found it was very easy to follow, it’s full of solid information and very well written; Rob as done a good job explaining his approach to weight loss. The diet plan is well laid out, easy enough to follow and is suitable for vegetarians too. The main reason it as proven so successful for many, is because of the extremely efficient system of the short and well defined workouts in conjunction with the metabolism enhancing diet that’s inside this program.
